Starting , prices for OnLink and OnRamp on the Atlassian Marketplace change across all user tiers. It’s our first price change in three years, and we’ve kept it reasonable and relevant to market conditions.

Current prices apply until then. Billing is handled by Atlassian.
Standard, Advanced and MultiInstance, rounded to the cent, so a few tiers move by slightly more or less.
MultiInstance remains exactly twice the single-instance price at every tier.
OnRamp and OnLink AI remain free for up to 10 users. Atlassian Government Cloud pricing does not change.
Running an app on the Atlassian Marketplace costs more today than it did three years ago. Three costs drive this change:
Atlassian now charges for usage of the Forge platform our apps run on.
Listing and selling through the Atlassian Marketplace costs more than it used to.
Independent security audits are a recurring cost, and one you should expect from apps that handle your HR, identity and device data.
We’ve absorbed these costs for as long as we could. An 8% increase covers them and lets us keep building.

OnLink, OnRamp and OnLink AI on the Atlassian Marketplace. Atlassian Government Cloud pricing is unchanged, and OnPace is not part of this change.
Atlassian handles Marketplace billing. Monthly subscriptions move to the new price on the first billing cycle after January 1, 2027; annual subscriptions renew at the new price at their next renewal. If you want to lock in the current price, an annual renewal before the end of 2026 does that for the term.
No. OnRamp and OnLink AI stay free for up to 10 users. OnLink has no free tier; its 10-user tier moves from $20.00 to $21.60 per user per month on Standard.
It covers three costs that have grown since the last price change three years ago: Atlassian Forge platform usage, Marketplace listing costs, and recurring SOC 2 audits. It is the first price change for these apps in three years.
