Terms and Conditions

These Customer Terms (“Terms”) govern your use of the app (“App”) provided by Onward Software Solutions Inc (“Provider”). By using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you should not use the App.

a. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for the purpose of employee recognition within your organization.
b. You may not sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the App to any third party without the express written consent of the Provider.

User Accounts:
a. To access and use the App, you may be required to create a user account.
b. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials.
c. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process.
d. You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.

App Usage:
a. You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
b. You shall not use the App to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others or engage in any illegal activities.
c. Provider reserves the right to monitor your usage of the App to ensure compliance with these Terms.

Data Privacy:
a. Provider respects your privacy rights and will handle your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
b. By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property:
a. All intellectual property rights in the App and its content, including but not limited to software, trademarks, logos, and graphics, are owned by Provider or its licensors.
b. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App or its content without the express written permission of the Provider.

Support and Maintenance:
a. Provider will make reasonable efforts to provide technical support for the App.
b. Provider may release updates, upgrades, or new versions of the App, and you agree to install such updates to continue using the App.
Limitation of Liability:
a. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
b. In no event shall Provider’s total liability exceed the amount you paid, if any, for accessing and using the App.

a. Provider may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause.
b. Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease.

Governing Law:
a. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
b. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.

By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
