This demo connects HiBob and Jira Service Management (Atlassian Service Collection) with OnLink in three ways: creating JSM tickets from HiBob events such as new hires, terminations and role changes; syncing employee records into JSM Assets; and writing resolved ticket data back to HiBob, so employee records stay current without manual updates.
