Onward Apps pricing update, effective January 1, 2027

Starting Jan 1, 2027, prices for OnLink, OnRamp and OnLink AI on the Atlassian Marketplace change across all user tiers. It’s our first price change in three years, and we’ve kept it reasonable and relevant to market conditions.

Over those three years we kept shipping. OnLink now connects 100+ sources to Assets, Teamwork Graph and Service Collection. OnLink and OnLink AI are available in Atlassian Government Cloud, and OnRamp added Justworks and Paychex. Prices stayed where they were.

Why we’re changing prices

Running an app on the Atlassian Marketplace costs more today than it did three years ago. Three costs drive this change:

Atlassian Forge pricing. Atlassian now charges for usage of the Forge platform our apps run on.
Marketplace listing costs. Listing and selling through the Atlassian Marketplace costs more than it used to.
SOC 2 certification. Independent security audits are a recurring cost, and one you should expect from apps that handle your HR, identity and device data.

We’ve absorbed these costs for as long as we could. An 8% increase covers them and lets us keep building.

What’s changing

New prices take effect on Jan 1, 2027. Current prices apply until then.
The increase is 8% on every user tier and edition, including MultiInstance. Prices are rounded to the cent, so a few tiers move by slightly more or less than 8%.
MultiInstance stays at exactly 2x the single-instance price.
The 10-user tier for OnRamp and OnLink AI stays free.

Please note: There is no change to Atlassian Gov Cloud pricing.
